IS SHIPPING FREE?

YES! Tailoring Tots U.S. customers gets Free shipping on every order with NO order minimums. International customers only pay a flat rate of $10 shipping cost.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 3 business days for payment to process on our end.

  • Once your payment has processed, please allow up to one week to receive your tracking number, as we get your order ready for shipment during that time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number notifying you of the same (please check your junk and spam folders as well).
  • For shipping within the US, please allow up to 15 days for delivery.
  • All USA orders ship from Mt. Vernon, IL, USA, unless the item is not available in our US warehouse.

Items not stored in our US warehouse may take up to 20 days or 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your order within that 2-3 weeks, please contact us at contact@tailoringtots.com with your order number in the subject line, as the shipping carrier may have lost your item.

Once your item(s) have shipped, we will not be held responsible for late or damaged product(s) (except for items with manufacturing fault).
