When will I get my product?

  • An order is processed and shipped within 2-7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • In your confirmation email you can find a link to your order status page where you can find all relevant information regarding your order.
  • Many of your items will ship separately, and some items may arrive before others. Do not worry, your items are still on their way!

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard shipping is 2-3 weeks, depending on the product.
  • Please note: Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time.

  • We are a USA based company operating out of Georgia.
  • We partner with vendors and manufacturers primarily overseas to bring you fashionable clothing at affordable prices.
  • Many of our products ship directly to you from overseas due to high demand.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship orders worldwide. 

How can I check the status of my order?

  • We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.

Is my information secure, how do you protect my privacy? 

  • Your information is secure! We use the most up to date security technologies to create a secured connection for all transactions. Also...we never store credit card information in our computers so even if someone could get into our computers they would find nothing! We do not share ANY personal information that we receive on our website, your email address, mailing address and all other information is kept private! 

Can I still cancel my order? 

  • We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are typically able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.  If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at contact@tailoringtots.com 

 

Clothing Care/ Care Labels


All clothing is made of different materials and caring for them differ in many ways. Following are some of the basic guidelines of clothing care.

 

Washing -  Wash in machine accordingly with correct temperatures and if Bleach is recommended, follow accordingly to the instructions. Please consider that some items might be too delicate for even non-chlorine bleaches.

Hand wash -  These type of garments is mostly made of delicate materials like silk, satin, and/or lace.  Soak and scrub gently only by hand and water wrung out gently after rinse.  It is recommended that these type of garments be hang to dry or laid out flat to dry. 

Drying -  Dry in dryer with the setting on the label. Temperature and delicacy levels should always be considered.

Hang Dry- Clothes recommending Hang Dry can be done on hangers to hang to dry or laid out flat to dry.  Please consider the floor from water dripping off the wash and drying on a hanger could cause stretch on shoulders and the bottom of the garment.

Dry Clean - For care labels requiring Dry Cleaning, it requires much care and professional cleaning is recommended.


Ironing - Steam or dry iron, and temperature setting should always be considered.  Disconnect all iron(s) after each use.

Our customer helpline is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday and Sunday. We are closed on Saturday.  We are always closed on Christmas day and January 1st and 2nd of every year.

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

IMPORTANT: We only accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of shipment, and only if the product is unused, undamaged, and comes in its original packaging. We also work with a LOT of amazing brands and social enterprises and they are based from all over the country (and even Asia!), so for some brands, returns and exchanges may take a longer time. But don't worry, we'll coordinate with you and let you know! 

 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM: Send us an email to contact@tailoringtots.com regarding your concern, and we will send you the instructions. Please note that additional shipping fees (back to us, and then back over to you) will be handled by the customer.

 

As long as the product is in its original condition, we will give a full refund in the form of store credits.

 

If you are exchanging for a higher priced item, you will need to pay the price difference. If you are exchanging for a lower priced item, we will refund the price difference in the form of store credits.

 

EXCEPTIONS: delicates, underwear, and selected items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We will specify on the product pages though!

 

Products must be in the condition you received them - clean, unwashed, unworn, & with all tags attached. Any item returned that is dirty or damaged, marked as not returnable, or marked as discontinued will be refused & returned to you at your expense unless you have received written management approval. Return of these items without approval will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Once your return is received, inspected, & approved by our warehouse (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange or refund will be processed. Refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment if returned within 60 days.
